Why Power of 30?
myInertia’s team dove headfirst into the research and evidence about disease prevention, health
promotion and overall improved health, and kept finding a common solution. It came up when looking at preventing
and treating diabetes and heart disease, for managing stress, improving brain function and eating habits, and
other health issues. The solution was: exercise. Specifically, meeting the federal Physical Activity Guidelines
for achieving a minimum of 30 minutes of activity per day. That’s why we created the Power of 30.
